Most CRM consultancies are technology-first. BPI OnDemand is led by proven business executives with backgrounds in Sales leadership, Marketing and Customer Service operations. We understand your business problems before we touch the technology — which is why our implementations achieve significantly higher user adoption rates and lasting business impact. We're also genuinely platform-agnostic, advising on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle without any commercial bias.
BPI OnDemand was founded in 2008 — making us one of the most experienced CRM managed services consultancies in the UK. Over 18 years we've delivered 500+ CRM implementations and currently support 120+ clients on an ongoing basis. That longevity matters: the team that implements your CRM will still be here in five years to evolve it with you.
Yes, we're a UK-based team headquartered in Windsor, Berkshire. Our delivery team is entirely UK-located — no offshore resource — which means clear communication, UK business hours support, and no timezone surprises. We do work with international organisations and have delivered projects across Europe and beyond, typically with remote delivery supported by on-site visits where needed.
We work across the full spectrum — from scale-ups implementing CRM for the first time to large enterprises running global rollouts with thousands of users. 170+ of our clients were entirely new to CRM when they came to us. What matters is that you have a genuine B2B sales, marketing or service challenge we can help solve — not the size of your business.
The Process
Every engagement follows our Assess → Design → Deliver → Support framework. We start with a discovery phase to understand your business processes, data, users and goals — before any technology decisions are made. We then design the optimal solution, deliver it in structured sprints with regular checkpoints, and transition into an ongoing managed service or handover to your internal team. You're involved and informed at every stage.
Timeline depends on scope and complexity. A focused Sales Cloud implementation for a mid-sized team typically takes 8–12 weeks from kick-off to go-live. More complex projects involving multiple clouds, integrations or large data migrations may take 4–6 months. We always provide a detailed project plan with milestones before work begins, so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Absolutely — this is one of the most common ways clients come to us. Whether you've outgrown your current support arrangement, inherited a poorly-configured org, or simply need an expert partner to evolve your platform, we can step in. We'll begin with a CRM health check to understand what you have, identify quick wins, and agree a roadmap. Many of our longest-standing clients came to us this way.
Platforms & Technology
We are certified partners with Salesforce, Microsoft (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform) and Oracle (Gold Partner). Across these three platforms we cover Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service, CPQ and AI capabilities. We also work with complementary tools including Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Power BI and PDF Butler.
Yes, and this is an area where our multi-platform expertise genuinely sets us apart. Because we're certified partners with both Salesforce and Microsoft, we have no financial incentive to steer you toward one or the other. We'll assess your business requirements, existing technology ecosystem, budget, team size and growth plans, then give you an honest recommendation. Sometimes the answer is neither — we'll tell you that too.
Yes — this is extremely common. Salesforce is a powerful platform but it requires ongoing investment and expertise to deliver its full potential. We offer a CRM Health Check service that audits your existing org, identifies configuration issues, data quality problems, adoption barriers and missed opportunities. From there we build a prioritised roadmap. Many clients see significant improvement within the first 90 days of working with us.
Working Together
No — and this is one of the things that sets BPI OnDemand apart. We wrap the implementation into the monthly managed service, so there is no large upfront implementation cost. This reduces risk, smooths cash flow and means you can access top-tier CRM expertise from day one without a significant capital outlay. You benefit from everything you'd expect from an enterprise-grade partner, at a predictable monthly investment that scales with your business.
Our managed service provides you with a dedicated BPI team acting as your outsourced CRM function. This typically includes a named CRM consultant for day-to-day support, a monthly service review with your business stakeholders, a proactive enhancement roadmap, user training and change management, and access to our broader specialist team for complex work. Packages are flexible and scale with your needs — from a few hours per month to a full dedicated resource.
Simply get in touch via our contact form or call us on 01344 585801. We'll arrange a 30-minute discovery call with one of our business leads — no obligation, no sales pressure. On the call we'll understand your situation, share relevant experience and discuss whether and how we can help. If there's a fit, we'll follow up with a tailored proposal within five working days.
